3 Exercise Classes That Will Help You Rapidly Shed Your Winter Padding

Winter is finally over and the warmer spring weather has finally arrived. When dusting off your lighter, spring clothing, it's fairly common to find that it may be feeling a little bit tight and uncomfortable. A few months of rich, heavy winter foods and too much time curled up on the sofa may mean that a few unwanted kilograms have crept on and you're not feeling as svelt as you did in the autumn.

Hi, my name is Penny. I have been a yoga instructor for years, and rather than focusing on classes full of people who are limber enough to tackle any pose easily, I prefer to work with people who really need my help. In particular, I have spent a lot of time working with elders and seniors. I have helped them with chair yoga, modifying movements and doing other types of exercise. This blog contains posts about that as well as other general exercise posts. Please, get comfortable and start reading.
