How Exercise Physiology Can Help Manage Your Chronic Condition

There are quite literally dozens of chronic conditions that one can end up having, with some being genetic and others being a little more based on the environment and lifestyle. Whatever the case may be, it is always important that you try to combat or at least manage your chronic condition as best as you possibly can. Exercise physiology might not seem like an obvious pairing with chronic conditions, but for some types, it is one of the best ways to get back feeling normal.

I have been a yoga instructor for years, and rather than focusing on classes full of people who are limber enough to tackle any pose easily, I prefer to work with people who really need my help.
